  1. Preheat the oven to 400 °F.
  2. Place turkey bacon slices on an oven-proof baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Using a brush, brush each side of the turkey slices with honey.
  3. Cook the turkey bacon in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the turkey is nicely browned. Remove from oven and set aside. Do not turn off the oven.
  4. In the meantime, in a small pot, melt butter, then add honey, thyme and pear slices, cook for 4 minutes and set aside.
  5. Heat bagel slices in a toaster (with the bagel option, if available) and set aside.
  6. Assemble one sandwich by spreading half of the cheese on 2 slices of bagel, add turkey and pear slices, close the sandwich, then assemble the second sandwich. Cook both sandwiches in the oven for 3 minutes. Serve!
